I know you can apply filler over epoxy primer.I used K-36 when I blocked my car and did use some 2 part glazing putty in a few spots though but that goes on very thin. I wanted to know that same thing and had my local paint supplier call PPG. They said no. They have a primmer you can use under filler but not k 36.Staff member. May 2, 2018. #2.
