Excessive crankcase pressure from a bad pcv or excessive blowby can cause oil seal leaks. Usually a new seal is all it needs but sometimes the seal lip wears a groove into the cam/crank and will still leak with a new seal. I brought the car to the dealer recently to repair a rattling heat shield and told the manager at the dealership that the oil level light flashed recently. I checked the oil level when it happened, and it was fine. Well, the dealer told me that there was a cam carrier seal leak; and a $2500 engine reseal was necessary. Alarms went off to me.Dealer said the cam carrier is leaking/seeping oil on both sensors causing the trouble code. The upstream a/f sensor seems dry but the downstream sensor has some signs of oil. That's how it's supposed to be fitted. Use a small bead of RTV silicone all the way around - you need to go across some of the inner webs as well, and around the injector holes AFAIK.
