To cure both them and yourself, you have to purify the 2 companions first, then yourself. You have to keep asking them for more work and finish random tasks.It is not necessary to cure the wolf form, you can become infected for the vampire lord, the transformation is removed from the previous one and the new one is added, apart from the perk not being deleted, in case in the future you want to use it again through the aela. #3.
