Front Driveshaft U-Joint fitment problem. I am having a fitment issue with the front driveshaft CV U-joints and need some input. The cap to cap length is the issue. For my 2012, I am using (2) Spicer 3208 (1355 series) U-joints for the CV joint. The cap-to-cap length (3.612") is too long and the end clips cannot be installed without forcing them.The CV drive shaft, also called a propeller shaft, is commonly a hollow steel tube.
