The USCIS agent that called me said she needs to obtain her travel authorization before the 90 days expiration of their application approval or she will need a new I134a application submitted. If the uploads all the required info onto the CBP one and gets her travel authorization then she will have another 90 days to travel.They don't work on Weekends or Holidays.
